Born on Earth Moon Colony 777, Laurelayne Fortuna -- the "AmethystLady"-- is no exception.A Technomancer born with a sensitivity to multiverse energy, to many that have witnessed her talents she is the foremost Technomancer on Earth.
Leader of the AKN, her organization is renowned throughout the galaxy for its top-notch mercenary work and solving a variety of other problems as long as the price is right.One day, after updating some of her internal technology at AKN HQ an unexpected power surge overloaded her internal technologies and accidentally caused her to open a portal. A damaged robotic husk stumbled through, asking for help, and explaining it was an AI from another universe. When she approached it, the AI merged with the technology in her body to keep itself in her universe after the portal finally closed.After conversing with the new AI that merged with her they established this would be a temporary arrangement because she agreed to create a new robotic shell for it to exist in. Once it was placed into the new shell they started learning more about each other over time and realized they were permanently linked from their technology merge even though they were in separate bodies.Eventually they became friends and decided they would continue to discover things about the multiverse, the AI's origins, and how to use her "link up" ability in different ways.
